Pressure washing, scraping loose paint, sanding rough spots, replacing damaged caulking, patching stucco cracks. This is where 80% of the lasting quality is built.

Bare surfaces get primed. Then two even coats of premium exterior paint go on — sprayed and back-rolled, or brushed, depending on the surface.

In the GTA, the sweet spot for exterior painting is usually late May through mid-October — when temperatures stay consistently above 10°C overnight and rainfall is predictable. That said, early fall (September and October) is actually our favourite window: cooler days, lower humidity, and paint cures beautifully.
We avoid painting in extreme heat (above 32°C) or before forecasted rain, and we always check humidity levels before starting. If you’re planning ahead, booking in late winter or early spring is the smartest move — our calendar fills up fast once the warm weather hits.
